By accessing or using the 5bbmw platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on 5bbmw from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form the complete agreement between you and 5bbmw.

Your continued use of the 5bbmw platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The most current version will always be available at 5bbmw.net/terms-conditions.

If you are accessing 5bbmw on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that such person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements outlined herein.

To be eligible to use the 5bbmw platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of 5bbmw or any of its related entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling platforms.
• You have not previously had a 5bbmw account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5bbmw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 5bbmw platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on 5bbmw, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 5bbmw reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your 5bbmw account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Notify 5bbmw support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.

5bbmw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party with access to your credentials — will be treated as having been carried out by you and will be your responsibility.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 5bbmw may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

5bbmw accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits made through 5bbmw are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and will be communicated through your account dashboard.

By depositing funds into your 5bbmw account, you confirm that:

• You are the lawful owner of the funds being deposited.
• The funds do not originate from any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• The payment method used belongs to you and has been registered in your name.

5bbmw reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be returned to the source payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5bbmw does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own transaction fees. 5bbmw is not responsible for any third-party charges incurred during the deposit process.

Withdrawals from your 5bbmw account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification and compliance review.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in your account settings. Withdrawal requests that exceed the stated limits must be submitted in multiple transactions across separate processing periods.

Before any withdrawal is approved, 5bbmw may conduct enhanced due diligence, including requesting additional KYC documentation, proof of deposit source, or clarification of account activity. This is in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and is a standard procedure for all regulated gaming platforms.

5bbmw reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if:

• Your account KYC verification is incomplete or documents have expired.
• There is an active investigation into your account activity.
• Outstanding wagering requirements from accepted bonus funds have not been met.
• Your account has been flagged for suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive betting patterns.
• The withdrawal amount includes funds derived from reversed or disputed deposits.

All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer and on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus terms that apply across all 5bbmw promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts or via third parties is prohibited.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category will be clearly listed in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated solely from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated in the individual promotion terms.

5bbmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting calculation errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

All games available on the 5bbmw platform are governed by individual game rules which are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Games on 5bbmw use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are independently determined and cannot be influenced by 5bbmw, its staff, or any player.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 5bbmw's servers, the server-side result shall prevail. 5bbmw's records are the definitive source of truth for all game outcomes, wager amounts, and account balances.

5bbmw reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings in cases where:

• A technical fault, software error, or data feed failure caused an incorrect outcome or odds display.
• A bet was placed after the official close of a market or event.
• There is credible evidence that a player exploited a known software bug or glitch.
• A sporting event or sabong match was cancelled, abandoned, or voided under the applicable sport's rules.

5bbmw operates with a genuine commitment to responsible gaming. We enforce the following minimum standards on all accounts:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bbmw platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 5bbmw under any name or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without explicit authorization.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker formats.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or bonus miscalculations to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 5bbmw staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 5bbmw platform's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content published on the 5bbmw platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5bbmw or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5bbmw platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from 5bbmw without prior written consent.
• Use the 5bbmw name, logo, or branding in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on any 5bbmw content, software, or design.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 5bbmw platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bbmw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors.
• Any delay in deposit processing or withdrawal settlement caused by third-party payment providers.

5bbmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5bbmw account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5bbmw makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content.

5bbmw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and normal platform use is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and providing the services described on 5bbmw. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5bbmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity consistent with fraud or money laundering.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed).

You may close your 5bbmw account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements and compliance checks) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5bbmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes may be made without specific notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 5bbmw platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
